  • A record parsing fail when adding email domain

I got a [A record parsing fail] error when i add my 4th domain
to email server, the first 3 success, I check the A record's IP & setting,
everything should be correct, same as the first 3, but this one fail to add domain,
any solution to solve this problem, thanks

    Please execute ping mail.youdomain.com on the server to see if the resolved ip is the ip of your server?

        the result I ping [ping mail.******.com] was same as my host server ip,
        A record of @, and www, linked to website
        should i need to do something like restart the service , or reset /reinstall the mail server
