The server keep showing wrong time. i have update the time zone but still same issue

yes i did also tried to to update it manually but when i click sync again it show wrong time

Im using CentOS. i have changed the time zone from linux tools the time updated but still not the currect one. when i use the command to update it works but after few seconds its again show wrong time. i have click the sync button in the setting but did not update there is a different -8 hours
