How to update PHP version

How to update PHP version.
I have PHP version 5.4 I want to upgrade to version 7.1

Install php7.1 on the panel

change the site php version

WebSite --> Configuration --> PHP version --> switch php version

aaPanel_Jose I have moved it to php version 7.1
But when I stopped the php service 5.4. I can't access my website folder..
