How to create 2 databases with the same username

For instance if i have a database named "db1" and it's assigned to a user "admin", when i try to create another database and name it "db2" using the same username "admin" i get an error "Database already exsist".

After logging in as root with phpmyadmin, you will come to Database from the tabs after you edit the user accounts and edit privileges to the user accounts and add the database to the user Add privileges on the following database (s). If you press go again after selecting it, you can now access the database you added to that user.
