I have problem with my server.

I setut new server and evrything woork but when I restart the server with sudo restart command, Every site show : "Error establishing a database connection".

How to do ?
Ps: I already reset everything and start over but when I restart server MySQL no longer work. I test MariaDB 11 and MySQL 9 same problem.

Please help.

Hello, is it normal to start mysql manually? Is there a startup error log?
