Issues with OpenLiteSpeed every time the server restarts.

I am experiencing issues using OpenLiteSpeed as a web server. When the server restarts, the connection to the databases breaks, and the websites show a database connection error. The only way to restore the connection is by reinstalling OpenLiteSpeed.
In addition to this issue, it is impossible to install Redis or Memcached.
I have tried fresh installations of Ubuntu 22, 24, and Debian 9. The problem occurs on all of them and seems to be related to the latest version of the panel, as the previous version did not have these issues.
