ftp users panel

Hi is there anyone has idea about where can i find ftp users list for user name and passwords? it had menu about it but there s no option ftp on side panel now. Ty

I passed the user section some how but now i ve issue like below

Status: Disconnected from server

Hello, please check whether the ports in the 39000-40000 range are open in the server provider's security group?
Is the FTP menu hidden? You can check it in the Settings
