Can't Receive Email, but i can sent mail

Hello after updated the mail server application and set up mail server i can't receive email from outside, but if i sent emai l it sent...where is the problem??

Hello, I suggest you send an email to yourself in the mail server. Can you receive it?
Also check whether the A record used by the MX record points to the server's IP, and a proxy cannot be used.
Also check the mail server log

aaPanel_Kern hello Kern, i solved this issue by adding ptr record for IPv6 and IPv4 but now i have problem,I checked the maillog and it looks like my mail server is being used for spamming activity, can I send this log to you to help analyze it further?

Check if any user's password is known to others and use this account to send emails
