Application Load Issue

I installed the PHP app on the nginx server first and later changed to the Apache server.

With nginx URL was working only with index.php/login, so I changed it to Apache server.

Now the issue is that on every click load time is increased and CPU usage is exhausting.

Can you please suggest how to resolve this?
