Cannot access the Internet address of aapanel

So, I was given a vps by my company and got access to install aapanel. afterwards, I got two different IP address one is the aapanel internal address which is the ip address of the vps and the other is internet address which is the public ip address by my company.

I am got stuck for a whole month to find why it can't be accessed through internet.

Does the VPS can ssh through public network with both IP? If both IP can access the VPS, you should know that aaPanel can only route to one public IP address.
