Please help me to resolve this issue.

i want to keep both but don't know how to fix.

You cant have 2 root locations of /
ERROR: nginx: [emerg] duplicate location "/"
If you want to have virtual hosts or reverse proxyh there is another approach.
You can read abit of nginx documentation and ask chatgpt it will help a lot

Hello, you cannot have two at the same time. It is recommended that you delete the first one and keep it try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?$query_string;
