When we tried to access our panel; we found things like this on TWO of our server. What happened? The site and database still working though. But I cannot do anything regarding panel. I had restore the backup from the two days ago but apparently this issue happened before. Previously we had closed port 22, 3306, and only few accepted like 80 and 443 from the VULTR firewall and also via security in the panel. We also put on the basicauth, googleauth here. Any idea how this thing happened? How to restore? Help?

xterazoid Please click on the Fix panel, I just fixed this problem This is because the panel encrypts the transmitted data, but python lacks a certain package.

I don't know actual fix , but you can fix temporarily by changing the application to the developer mode go to setting> Developer mode (make it on)

adityasaha from what Jose explains, i guess this disables the encryption during the panel data transmission. so only apply this if you make sure you have safe http connection or on a don't-really-give-a-crap-about-security kinda server

And thanks god this is more like a data presentation kinda error than actual loss of data. the latter would make a lot of poor guys loose their minds and, presumably, jobs.

I have at least 10 servers running aapanel and I love it!!! absolutely love it! its the best panel out there once you can figure out workarounds for the independent www directory not in /var! that being said if its not broke do not fix it!!! I setup new vps server last night i set up with aapanel it worked fine other than taking a very long time to load app store page 3 and 4, changing developer mode and refreshing cache did not help and now the app store page shows blank, i have restarted it hit fix button used bt 16 in terminal. you should only release versions that are working as best as possible not change them from the day to day thats what new versions are for.... If you guys need any volunteers testing before new releases or finding bugs please reach out to me.... updates should not include bug fixes only actual updates sometimes you fix a bug it creates another. bug fixes should be tested thoroughly before released and should be released as separate patches some bugs are inconsequential to most users and should not be forced on them.

I did find a temp work around when loading blank app store page it still shows the columns and search bar leave search empty then click a catagory like installed or development ect... then it will load that category of apps.

seeing that apps are available by category shows that whats broke is the database fetch info for the app page maybe a bad link somewhere to the database of apps if the apps themselves were not populating it wouldnt work on category view
