Reverse proxy is not working anymore

HELLO, I am using AApanel's reverse proxy feature for many of sites but today all of my sites stops connecting to my main server, i have whitelisted both server ips from each panel and checked everything but problem still exist. Can you help me to solve the issue.

Yes Target address is running normally, and the sites which are using proxy server are giving connection time out error. I have checked the website error logs its says: following is not found (2: No such file or directory),
