react nextjs install on server ip as domain

i have aapanel installed on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
i want to run a next js app on it so i installed the node version manager and nodejs and then i fillied the
i install node modules but the website isnt starting on server_ip:3001 i even tried to start it on the terminal and go to the linke given by the cammand server_ip:3000 but all i see is This site can’t be reached page

is the port i put in the config used by the server or i should force it in the start command

Hello, you can view it through security interface

Or use the command netstat -tulnp|grep 3001

Hello, the Security interface is not displayed. It may be that the system firewall does not open this port.
