Add Subdomain as website is not working 404 not found

Hi,
I have main website (main domain) on another server (server A), on server A I created a dns subdomain (sub.mainsite.com) point the IP to server B (aapanel). On server B (aapanel) I add website (sub.mainsite.com).

And when open sub.mainsite.com giving me "Website not found". It just a regular static site.

It is not rewrite problem since the .htaccess is empty

Hello, please check if the access protocol is correct? Deploy SSL?

aaPanel_Kern yes I was trying to deploy Letsencrypt.

"Website not found" now disappear after I restarted the Nginx. Quite strange when you Create a New Website is completed the NGinx isnt restarted/flush the config automatically??
