WP Cron Job - Help setting up

Am I doing something wrong with the CRON setup?

I've turned off cron within the WordPress wp-config file and created a shell cron job with in aaPanel:
wget -q -0 - https://domainname/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron >/dev/null 2>&1

But in the Log, I see this:

ERROR: ld.so: object '/usr/local/usranalyse/lib/libusranalyse.so' from /etc/ld.so.preload cannot be preloaded: ignored.

Hello, is it possible to modify the permissions by executing this command?
chmod 755 /usr/local/usranalyse/lib/libusranalyse.*
