I have changed the default path to a new path for the Default backup folder in Aapanel but still, the backup file is present in the default path only why is it like that, and how to troubleshoot this

I am not using the WP toolkit in my Aapanel. I have changed the default backup folder from www/backup/ to /mnt/s3bucket/backup/ path when I changed the file in the root folder the old backup data must reflect in /mnt/s3bucket/backup/ right but it s reflecting to old path www/backup/. I don t want the changes to reflect on www/backup/, instead of that, use /mnt/s3bucket/backup/.

yes, I have checked the default backup directory has been restored to the default one even if I changed to this directory /mnt/s3bucket/backup/. Also, I manually used a shell script to execute the file for backup to /mnt/s3bucket/backup/ and it`s working fine. why the new changes are not reflected in this path /mnt/s3bucket/backup/.
