Hello,
Can someone help please,
My mail server is working in the following cases
1 via the Mail server ---> sending mail and inbox is working

2 via roundcube --> sending and receiving is working

And in this case it don't work

When using SMTP configuration
One one of the hosted sites,

I use it like the following:
Host
Mail.domain.com

Username
Noreply@domain.com

Password:
Xxxxxxxxx

Port:
587

Encryption:
TLS

I did try other settings like
The encription to: SSL
PORT:465

AND ALSO PORT 25

I ALSO have 1 A record that i can't seem to get it to green some how before it was working,
I entered all the data correctly in cloudflare dns.

A help will be appreciated

Hello, the proxy cannot be enabled using the A record of the mail server's MX record.
Try using port 25 with SSL/TLS disabled

is it possible that you connect to my panel and check ?, i still have issue with A record and PTR,
i spend already 5 days changing and testing i even did a fresh install,

when A record and PTR are fixed then i need to check if the smtp work
