Error : usgin wordpress with Nginex and php7

why i keept getting this two errors in wordpress website in my aapanel :

Nginex 1.21
PHP 7.4
MySQL 10.6.7-MariaDB

Server :

16 Core(s)
RAM : 64318(MB)
Storage : 393.83G

aaPanel_Kern , i got this error on all my websites even non wordpress websites, The Permission for the folder is correct, the files no not exist, i dont know if they even created or not, i can see other files with correct permission in the same folder, but still got error has non existing files
