Facing Stripe payment issue in Production website

Hi Support,

I am the developer for daffah.sa. For the past 5-6 days, I’ve been facing an issue where customers see the Stripe payment method, which we don’t use, when attempting to purchase a product. This issue only appears in Chrome; it doesn’t occur in Safari.

I’ve debugged the issue on our end and decided to set up the project locally to investigate further. In the local setup, the checkout works correctly in Chrome without the Stripe option appearing. This leads me to believe the issue may be server-related.

Could you please help guide me on what might be causing this on the server side? I’m attaching a screenshot for reference. Thank you.

Hello, are the tested networks all the same? Is it caused by a different connection to the Stripe network?
It may be related to the region where the payer is located. For example: Region 1 only supports credit cards, Region 2 supports multiple methods.

Hi Support,

We are not using Stripe, and it’s not even installed on our website, so I believe it may have been injected at the server level. I checked the network, and Stripe only appears on the checkout page, but there are no related files or folders in our codebase or database. Additionally, everything works fine in Safari and in our local setup.

Please check this on your end, and let me know if you need server access—I’ll be happy to provide it.

Hello, this is the website program settings, Stripe settings, and the region where the payer is located. The server will not have Stripe-related configurations.
Stripe can be used directly, you may need to set up this payment account, etc.
