Upgrade Version SQLSRV 5.11 to 5.12

Hai, i have an web app.. with SQL SERVER 2008 database on another server.
in aaPanel 8.3 there is sqlsrv extension but it still v5.11.
SQL SERVER 2008 is need sqlsrv v5.12.

i'm so confused - how can i upgrade the version of sqlsrv extension from v5.11 to v5.12

Hello, it is recommended that you compile and install the latest extension manually first
You can refer to /www/server/panel/instal/sqlsrv.sh

Very grateful to you for answering this question.
I'm still very new to the world of hosting.
I've compiled via the terminal but it always fails.
compile manually as you mean by overwriting the old sqlsrv.sh file and so on for sqlsrv.so and pdo_sqlsrv.so? 🙂

i overwrite sqlsrv.so and pdo_sqlsrv.so in it installation path, but it is not recognized by php aaPanel

hai,, this what i try to :

i uninstall sqlsrv and pdo_sqlsrv extension in php extension fitur
i change the words version 5.11.1 to 5.12.0 in sqlsrv.sh file..
i overwrite sqlsrv.so and pdo_sqlsrv.so in its installation folder with my sqlsrv 5.12.0 downloaded file
i restart PHP (it get very long time pending install).
i get error in Install extension
