this may be an off-panel question, but when I connect to the server with putty, if the terminal window is idle, it disconnects after a short time. is there any way to extend this or even make it infinite? I have many ubuntu servers and I have never encountered such a problem in any of them.

aaPanel_florevit I use winscp for file transfer but I think the one you suggest can do both, I'll check it out. it will be great if I can solve the timeout problem.
