I think I'm having this problem because I'm using openlitespeed, I did a search and everyone else has had this problem using openlitespeed. I installed several different versions of phpmyadmin and the problem persisted. I couldn't connect to phpmyadmin externally either.

Hello, phpmyadmin can only be used on the installed server by default. If you need to connect to other servers, you need to modify the configuration file.

That's the problem, I couldn't make a local connection on the current server. For example, I click Connect to phpmyadmin from the Database list and the page doesn't work: it doesn't enter port 888. The port is active and working.

Externally, in my software, I can't get a smooth connection as localhost in the config.php file. localhost:3306 fixes it.

All ports everything is active, I was getting the server from hetzner. You may have seen my other location, I restarted the server after high cpu usage. After that restart, phpmyadmin never came back. I also got the error in the image below.

Unfortunately I had to format the server, there is no ssh information I can pass at the moment.
