I'm having a very similar problem.
In overview this tab appears for a few seconds:
Run [] to install pflogsumm first
When trying to add a domain this message (with only DNS):
Mail server did not initialize successfully.
Please reopen the plugin to initialize,
If the server does not open
port 25 [outbound direction]
it cannot be initialized.
You can run:
[ telnet gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25 ]
in the terminal to check whether it is open
NOTE: I already ran the command and the port is open
With proxy:
A record parsing failed
Doamin: mail.private.me
IP: private for me
This warning also appears before trying to add the domain:
Prompt that the A record resolution failed. Please check whether the filled A record domain name has been resolved to the server IP
And in "Mailbox" the same error appears as in the screenshot above
KeyError: 'plugin name'
