i have some problem with mail server. the email are sent, but i can't receive or view them. i tried to install webmail client in settings but i got an error. 
how i can solve this problem? i checked and the ports 143,110, 25 are not listening, and i forwarded them in the panel of my modem, i can call my provider to ask for this problem if i need this ports, but in each case i think that this should not be a problem for the roundcube client...why is'n opening, i attached the image.

update. i solved by swapping php version. now the problem that i can't receive emails? depends on the ports? i used
https://canyouseeme.org/ and it say that the ports 143,110, 25 are not opened, and i forwarded in my modem panel...i have to ask to my provider?? should result opened right? i can bypass this problem by using or forward in some way to another ports? beacause for example the ftp ports also was giving problem the forwarding in 21, maybe my internet modem was not opening it, so i opened the port 42 and changed on aaPanel
