I did some research on my own and found that it is indeed easy to perform backups via an FTP storage app. The backups work perfectly, but the issue is with the restore process. Please see the screenshot below:
I don't know what the problem is, but I have set up SSH keys on the server.

Update
I noticed something even worse, and I'm surprised that I can't find a panel, apart from cPanel and Plesk, that can perform a full website restore with a simple click.
Not only does the remote restore not work, but there's no functionality for a local full website-database restore either, even though it's clearly stated here that restore is possible:
I ran a simple test by deleting the database, and when I performed the restore, it didn’t restore the database.
The restore only brings back the site files, and I have to manually recreate and import the database from the folder where it’s saved. Worse yet, I have to re-enter the credentials.
This is far from a one-click restore—it’s a real hassle.
Also, what happens if I completely delete a site from within aapanel and want to restore it? If I have it stored on the SFTP, shouldn’t I be able to restore it? I need to be covered in case of disaster recovery, and so far, these features don’t inspire confidence.
Please provide a solution, or at least let me know what is possible and what is not, so I’m informed.
