Whenever I tried login to mailbox using roundcube, I get the above error.

What could be the problem? Urgent please

    If roundcube have the above errors, you should check on your mail server configurations. Is any steps have left out or not fully managed. Also, check your mail server log after attempt send a test email to see what's really happened.

    For roundcube issues like that, I suggest you to restart dovecot and postfix services.

    You can go to Home panel and click on the Fix button on the top right, to check if any differences.
