I think this is a misconfigured or bugs from aaPanel side. This should be the phpmyadmin directory of /phpmyadmin_aa57fa420xxxxx1/ prohibited after disabled the public access/service.

There's 2 ways to temporary disabled public access.

  1. delete phpmyadmin's port number from firewall security groups
  2. enabled access with password and create user/password to login with phpmyadmin

Hello, what is your web service?
You can try to use the system firewall to block access to ports 887 and 888 by everyone and only allow access to 127.0.0.1
