How to install composer, and to move php latest version

How to bring Back Composer and Latest Update,
I uninstalled php 7.4 and want to move composer to 8.3.
How to? d appStore is not available to install composer

You can use this command to check

mv /usr/bin/composer /usr/bin/composer_bak
wget -O /usr/bin/composer https://node.aapanel.com/install/src/composer.phar -T 20;
chmod +x /usr/bin/composer
