Ftp not working

Hi,
Ftp is not working anymore? I tested centos 8 and debian 10 server?
I do get this error message:
Timeout detected. (data connection)
Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/'.

I also tried uninstall ftp from the applist and install again.But the same problem?

Please check if you have allowed ports 39000-40000 in the panel and server security group

aaPanel_Jose FTP is not working for me as well. I tried allowing ports selecting Custom TCP option (like I did when I enabled 8888), but FTP still doesn't connect via Filezilla. Any help?

aaPanel_Jose I also tried with SSH. Getting this error: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic)

FTP not working in filezilla for me as well.

Have already release port 39000-40000 but still get this message in filezilla

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

Even with port 21 listening , it doesnt connect please suggest . @aaPanel_Captain

galaxyg does your server have a security group policy on the operator's side?

Pay attention to network IP and IP networks outside
Check whether the FTP service is started (panel can see home page)
Check the firewall port 20 FTP port and passive ports 21, 39000-40000 is released (if tencent cloud/ali cloud still need to check the security group)
Whether the active/passive mode is unable to connect
Create a new user can see connections
Modify the FTP configuration file will be in front of ForcePassiveIP # remove 192.168.0.1 replace into the IP networks outside of your server

I already did all that and it doesn't work for me

problem solved , actually my router has ftp port disabled . now its enabled so working fine.. thanks for help guys.
