WP URL rewrite deployed in WP toolkit, returns 404

I have a site deployed using the WP toolkit, I'm using the default wordpress URL rewrite so I can update my permalink (/%postname%), but all pages returns 404 after. My other wordpress websites deployed outside of wp toolkit are using the wordpress default URL rewrite conf and they're all working fine. Did something go over my head?

Server: nginx 1.21

Seem to be only "Plain" is working.

Thanks for troubleshooting, but what does that mean? If WP rewrite works outside of WP Toolkit?
