Custom domain port cannot be accessible

i just confirgured my new domain, my first domain is using default port which is 80
adding the domain with custom port domain:88 is fine but the problem is i cant access the domain at all.
tried to access with ip:88 works perfectly but when i try domain.com:88 or domain.com it show nothing.

aaPanel_Kern tried to clear my browser cache and using icognito mode, i can access domain.com:88. how can i access it without using 88 port ? because when i use domain.com it show like this

and because of it i cant generate lets encrypt ssl because the main domain is only accessible using port 88

The access protocol, domain name and port must be the same to access
Ports without SSL configured can only be accessed using http

aaPanel_Kern yes its correct, now i tried to bind it to default port :80
and now i can access my domain without any problem. but right after that i generate new ssl cert and bind it to my domain its not accessible again.
