Import Database Failed

Help, I can't import database through import database or php my admin import

it says Database will be overwritten, continue? after i choose confirm it said succesfully, but i check on phpmyadmin nothing

Hello, is it possible to import from phpmyadmin? Are there any error messages?

already tried it, error message said the database already there , but i check database was empty
