Cannot install postgresql Manager on ubuntu 18.4

So i have recently created a new instance and after the install choosing lemp and installing redis,fail2ban and other plugins when I tried to install it says Only supports [Centos system].

I have tried reinstall and installing but nothing works.
i am already running PostgreSQL on digital ocean droplet and its working fine.

not working on digitalocean as well. may be its the issue with the new upgrade of aaPanel.
