Hello, strange thing happened after fresh installation of OS I installed Nginx, php, mysql and phpmydmin, but after server restart all installed applications dissapeared except phpmyadmin I tried to reinstall them, but I was unsuccessful even then log showed installed but in reality nothing was installed.. So I shut down the server went to sleep just now turned on the server again and all previously installed applications appeared again except MySQL after few tries to install MySQL again nothing is being installed but getting message that it was successful:

Just now I went to copy log message and checked installed applications again and what do you think? only phpmydmin left again the rest disappeared again like yesterday.
Any info about this?
