Cloudflare Tunnel in Zero Trust section will help you to use Cloudflare network and its IPs. Basically Proxy, and same thing what previous two users are saying, but speed is not dependable. Don't go for it.
If you want to isolate the protocols of the server like SSH, FTP or other services, block all traffic in your network firewall, allow 80 and 443 traffic on a different VPS on same network as your hosting server, and on that VPS setup nginx proxy manager. Point your domain to public IP and the proxy VPS will forward 80 and 443 traffic only internally to your hosting server. it can forward other traffic too but don't open any other ports. After this, setup Cloudflare zero trust, add your private network, install client on your windows and access the hosting through private IP as you joined the network. Seems neat but takes 2-3 hours to set up.
