403 forbiden

i create new website in home directory (outside www dir) and result is 403. can u help me how to fix this?

Hello, 403 is usually a permission issue. I suggest you check whether the website configuration is correct? Also check the website logs and error logs

The index.php file is empty. What are the permissions of the upload directory?

i made it work. it bacause user folder permission. i create new folder outside user. and make it owner to www. and place file inside that folder. thanks for your help.
