Possible to Preview Website from IP Address?

Hi,
I've recently installed aaPanel, and tried launching a website. I'm able to currently view my default webpage at http://18.212.183.65/index.html, but haven't been able to figure out how to load the default Wordpress page. In some tutorials I've seen on YouTube, soon after aaPanel is shown to be installed, the Wordpress default page is viewable. Mind you, these examples included the step of updating the DNS record(s) to point the domain correctly to the relevant IP address. In my case, I don't want to update my DNS just yet, as I still have my live website running on another IP. I'm hoping to migrate my website to this new, 2nd IP address but need to first be able to access the IP address/wp-admin pages which I'm not able to load for some reason.

I've gone into phpmyadmin already to update the siteuRL and home fields to the IP address from the domain name.
Is there anything else I should update in order to access the default Wordpress wp-admin login page? Attached is the error page that displays at this wp-admin URL.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

aaPanel_Kern Hi, thanks for the prompt response. I'm now able to reach the default Wordpress webpage.

After a suggestion elsewhere, I ended up adding an A record for testing purposes pointing to the new aaPanel server (wwwa.mydomain...), changed my Cloudflare from Full (Strict) to Strict, added the testing subdomain into aaPanel's Domain Manager, and then added a SSL via Let's Encrypt for this subdomain.
