i got it working. So i uninstalled mariadb that was installed with the terminal so the panel had no access to the db settings of that mariadb instance, so after i reinstalled the db through the panel i had a brand new db and i created the same 4 databases connecting to it with phpmyadmin and imported the databases that i have saved previously i then restarted php, mysql-mariadb and apache to be sure all was working and after that everything was working again and i was able to use different db backups with no issues. ty for the fast response.
