  • Assistance Needed: Configuring Domain with aaPanel and Cloudflare

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently experiencing an issue while trying to set up my domain to work with aaPanel and Cloudflare. I wanted to replace the numeric IP address with my domain name, but I am encountering some difficulties.

Issue Description:

  • aaPanel Configuration: I entered my domain name into the aaPanel settings where the numeric IP was previously used.
  • Cloudflare Configuration: I also updated my Cloudflare settings to match the domain configuration.
  • Problem: Despite making these changes, I am unable to access my server using the domain name, even with the domain+port.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  1. Double-checked the domain settings in aaPanel and Cloudflare.
  2. Verified that the DNS records are correctly pointing to the server's IP address.
  3. Attempted to access the server using both the domain and domain+port without success.

Additional Information:

  • [Provide any specific details about your setup, such as server OS, aaPanel version, domain registrar, etc.]
  • [Include any error messages or symptoms that you are encountering.]

I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on how to resolve this issue. If there are specific configurations or settings I need to adjust, please let me know.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Hello, the port used by the panel is generally not among the Cloudflare trusted ports. Please change it to a Cloudflare trusted port.

you need to put cloudflare dns settings as well in your domain registry 🙂
