Hello, it is recommended that you check the Logs interface to see the operation logs.
Also check if you are logged in via SSH?
Check whether the operating system is safe?

logged using username and he used to add his website and modify cron jobs and also enable ssl for his newly added website.

It is recommended that you check when it was added and check whether there is a relevant IP for ssh login.

i have checked and he logged in 28 July and there is no ip for ssh
