AaPanel CPU usage and default statistics. Suggestion and need advice

Sometimes, my CPU usage would spike to 99%, even when i use new, no users domains for websites (max 100 uIP per day). And i just opened aapanel. I thought that was because of aapanel, so tried ctrl f5 to refresh but cpu went back to around 10% and remain "green" status numbers. Still cant understand why it went up so much.

I would also like to see, total uIP connected to the server in realm time, that would be nice.

I have around 5-10 websites. With total 500-1000 users daily. Is this VPS ok?

1 virtual CPU shared 1:3 (0,3 physical CPU)
1Gb ram
15Gb space (3Gb free after all sites installed)

Hello, the hardware configuration is too low. It is recommended that you upgrade.
If you need to check the total number of uIPs, you can use the task manager

This happens only when i open aapanel for first time, when i open other sites, it jumps to around 10% cpu and ram remains same

My old VMS had this and worked fine:
1 physical cpu shared
2gb ram
xeon 2.2ghz
shared IPv4
10gb ssd, 10gb hdd
13 USD/month

Now i have VPS:
1 shared vCPU 1:3
1Gb ram
15Gb SSD
8 USD/month

Which one is better? What should i upgrade? Cpu vs Ram? to how much?

One last question, will my sites slow down, if i install something on my aapanel, but i dont use it? Like One-click migration beta or Log cleanup or Server performance testing

Hello, obviously the old VPS is better. If the old VPS is not slow, you can upgrade it by referring to the old configuration.
As long as the installed program is running, it will occupy a certain amount of CPU memory.

Omg buy 4 core with 8 GB ram and lot of ssd from: Contabo, Webtropia, Strato(you need ID card for verify), Hetzner (ID card and a little higher price) for 5€... There is OVH VPS too.
Or I can sell you cheap a VDS (dedicated cores) for 5,90€ monthly. Its managed and you not need do anything.

I got 5 sites and 20 parking sites there. CPU useage 5 - 40%, ram around 50%
So i think its alright for now
