My server crashed, and i want backup my postgree database with live cd ubuntu

how to backup and restore postgreesql database from my ssd,

how to restore my aapanel to another machines that i installed aapanel already?

i tried move all www folder into fresh install aapanel

but the postgree sql wont start

nginx also wont start

the panel wont start the postgreesql
