Hello there,
I'm currently setting up a mail server and I'm stuck on the SSL configuration part. I'm being asked to add a TXT record with the "_acme-challenge" prefix in my DNS manager (in aaPanel). I've added the record, waited for 1 minute, and then clicked the "Verify" button, but I'm encountering the following error:
The account has more than 5 failed orders within 1 hour, please wait 1 hour and try again!
Verify domain name: domain.com
Verify record: _acme-challenge.domain.com
Verify content: qv6xCBV6wvVD20l7S-vopP7a4OtL4D3apt5gB3q3J8s
Error code: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.domain.com - check that a DNS record exists for this domain
Verify results: Verify failed
I believe this issue is related to the DNS manager, as when I add any other record and check if it appears, it shows up successfully. However, the "_acme-challenge" TXT record doesn't seem to be recognized by the verification process.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this problem? I've waited for more than 12 hours to reset the rate limit, but I'm still encountering the same issue. Any guidance on how to properly configure the TXT record or investigate the DNS-related problem would be greatly appreciated.
