subdomain not added

When i addind a subdomain which name is www.bharatsvasthya.com is not created its give me subdomain already addetd but not show in my main domain page
but it show in default website section what i do to add subdomain

when i add new site for subdomain in www.bharatsvasthya.com then its not add give me a msg subdomain already addetd

there are no subdomain name is www.bharatsvasthya.com in website list where i can delete the subdomain
