Is the displayed IP reversed? For example, if the IP address is 192.168.2.1, the PTR record should be 1.2.168.192.

Yes the original ip is
80.140.204.139
the PTR is set as 139.204.140.80.in-addr.arpa
In cloudflare the record is as follows: Type [PTR] - Domain name [domain] hostname [reverse ip] ttl [auto]
