PRT [Not Set]

i am having trouble setting this ptr and it doesn't update can someone help me fix this issue and why is not OK after i added record to cloudflare

Is the displayed IP reversed? For example, if the IP address is 192.168.2.1, the PTR record should be 1.2.168.192.

Yes the original ip is

80.140.204.139

the PTR is set as 139.204.140.80.in-addr.arpa

In cloudflare the record is as follows: Type [PTR] - Domain name [domain] hostname [reverse ip] ttl [auto]
