This issue was solved by uninstalling and reinstalling PHP, I installed php with the Ubuntu command and then uninstalled it and reinstalled it with aapanel. Actually, mbstring is enabled by default.

aaPanel_Kern I remove php 8.3 and reinstall php 8.3 on "fast" mode but it's not working.
