Respected aaPanel Team.
I purchased Pro licence yesterday for lifetime. After facing an issue on my VPS server, I reinstalled OS and again install aaPanel. I bind my same registered email id which I used for payment. After logging in to aaPanel, it is not showing Pro version and hence no Pro feature is available for me now.
Moreover, aaPanel team assures us that Pro users will get priority responsive support. I don't know how can you say about priority support as I have sent you an email yesterday but got no reply till now.
If you do not want to engage with your priority customers, it is your way of doing business but I need my refund so please process it. If you are ready to give us support in timely manner which you are claiming, it is fine. Otherwise, asking for refund is the only choice I have. I am attaching my aaPanel account images which confirm my purchase of aaPanel Lifetime.
Please respond to my concern ASAP because you provide the customers only 15 days to initiate the refund process.
