I heard about aaPanel as the replacement for cPanel and it is completely free of cost. I installed aaPanel and after logging in to the dashboard, I found a Pro version for lifetime.
Before buying it for a lifetime, I need some answers related to this Pro version for lifetime access. Please reply to me as soon as possible.
What does the term Lifetime mean to us?
All paid plugins will always be free for us to install or it will depend on the providers of the plugins?
SSL certificate for two websites or two years in this plan?
How will I get Priority responsive support? will you provide me live chat option or not so that I will not have to wait for the emails from you to resolve the issue?
How can I process my refund if I do not find the Pro version useful because there is no contact us details on your homepage?
Why I am concerned about the refund process is that
A) I do not know how to create separate aaPanel and WHM to manage my client websites separately.
B) I do not know how to install Softaculous or Magento without running commands in a way I do in cPanel using Softaculous in one click.
Please provide me with these clarifications and a tutorial video if possible for A and B queries. The moment I find your answers satisfactory, I will go for Pro version with Lifetime option.
